What do I need to bring?

Bedding/sleeping bags  for the sofa bed and towels (unless being hired)

How many people do they sleep?

Each pod sleeps 4. We also have a travel cot, which can be booked. A travel cot can only be used if there is a maximum of 3 other people in the pod.

We do not accept all adult group bookings for multiple pods.

We do not encourage group bookings as no one pod is large enough to accomodate a large group of people for entertaining. Bookings for more than 2 pods MUST be discussed with us beforehand.  We reserve the right to cancel bookings for multiple pods which have not been discussed with Peak Pods beforehand, whether booked individually or together.

No gazebo’s or tents are allowed on site.

What’s in a bedding pack?

A bedding pack includes 2 pillows, pillowcases, duvet, duvet cover & fitted sheet for the sofa bed. If you hire a bedding pack for the sofa bed, it can be found inside the sofa bed.

The double bed will be made up ready for your arrival.

Do the pods have electricity?

The pods have electrical sockets so you can charge your phones and bring a hairdryer if you want. There is also a Bluetooth speaker system to play music from your phone.  The pods do not have WiFi but there is generally a good 4G signal.

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry, we are unable to allow dogs or other pets in our pods.

Is there parking?

There is one parking space for each pod. Parking is very close but not next to each pod, so the site remains peaceful.

Is smoking permitted?

We do not allow smoking in the pods.

Are the pods soundproof?

Because the pods are well insulated, they offer a good degree of sound protection but please keep noise to an absolute minimum after 10pm out of curtesy to other guests. We ask that you do not play music outside the pods at any time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation terms were updated on 16th May 2021 and do not apply to bookings made before this date.

A 30% deposit is payable on booking. Full balance due 14 days before holiday start date.

Should you cancel your stay more than 14 days before the day of check-in, we will retain the booking deposit. Cancellations which we are able to re-let will be refunded, minus a handling fee.

If the balance is not paid 14 days before the holiday start date, this will be considered cancellation of the booking.

If you are placed in a Tier 3 area, you will not be able to travel. Please contact us as soon as possible to rearrange your booking.
